AI Services We Use

TimeTo helps you turn everyday intentions into real-life plans. Our coordination engine — the logic that understands what a group wants to do, weighs timing, location, attendance and context, and shapes that into suggestions you can act on — is built and maintained by TimeTo.

Inside that engine we rely on trusted third-party AI models as supporting tools. We believe users should know exactly which ones, so here they are:

  • Google Gemini — large language and multimodal models provided by Google, accessed through Google AI and integrated via Firebase and the Genkit framework. TimeTo uses Gemini as a helper for specific steps inside our pipeline — interpreting natural-language, photo, or audio input, and drafting suggestion candidates and imagery that TimeTo then curates and presents to you.

How Your Data Is Used with AI

TimeTo’s plan coordination engine does the heavy lifting: understanding your intent, matching it against your group, your context, and the real-world signals needed to land a plan. Gemini is one of several tools TimeTo uses along the way — we send it short, targeted prompts (such as a snippet of text, a photo, or an audio clip you provided) to help TimeTo interpret language, generate imagery, and draft suggestion candidates, which TimeTo then filters, ranks, and assembles into the final experience you see.

We do not use your personal data to train Google’s AI models. Google’s handling of data submitted through these APIs is governed by their own terms.
